Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our official website. Due to the nature of our electronic vaporizers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened.

Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
