What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping for vaporizers typically takes 5-10 business days and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Does my Puffco device come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on electronic bases (Peak, Peak Pro, and Proxy) against manufacturer defects. Please note that atomizers and glass are considered consumable parts and are not covered.

How do I clean my device for optimal performance?

We recommend cleaning your chamber after every use with a cotton swab. For a deep clean, submerge the glass and disassembled chamber in 99% ISO alcohol. Never submerge the electronic base in liquid.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products purchased directly from our website within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used.

Can I use 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean my atomizer?

We strongly recommend using only 99% isopropyl alcohol. Lower concentrations contain more water, which can damage the heating element or lead to corrosion over time.

Why is my device flashing a rainbow light?

A rainbow light sequence usually indicates a connection error between the base and the chamber. Try removing the chamber, cleaning the gold contact points with ISO alcohol, and reattaching it firmly.
